Schools visit the National Army Museum and the Royal Hospital

On 11 October and 02-03 November 2017, this year’s Year 5 intake from Barrow Hill Junior School and Westminster Cathedral Roman Catholic Primary School were taken on their first museum visit to the National Army Museum and the Royal Hospital where they saw the Waterloo collection and the Siborne Model and played a game about communication on the battlefield. The afternoon was spent at the Royal Hospital, where Chelsea Pensioners led a tour of the grounds and spoke about the life of a Pensioner.
