Dinner Ladies
About 1950 - Princess Road School (now Primrose Hill School) Dinner Ladies going on a bus trip. My Mum is standing middle back row wearing black hat and suit. Her friend is kneeling in front of her, also wearing a black suit. Jim’s Mum was a Dinner Lady for many years and is probably in this photo. These ladies were great cooks and our cat was the best fed cat in London. She would sit at the front door waiting for my Mum to come home with the dinner scraps. Lucky cat! Great memories!
